If you want to cancel any unused orders, please use the "Self Service Cancellation" service (see additional Manual service) as follows:

Go to the "My Order" page. Find the order you want to cancel and click the "Cancel order" button.

After selecting a reason to cancel the order, submit the petition.

After the "Cancel order" application was completed. You can see the cancellation progress on the "My Order" page.
